The ICT in Schools Taskforce was discontinued by MCEETYA in 2008.

This page records key activities and achievements of the Taskforce in its years of operation, and links to its publications.

The Taskforce drew members from all state school jurisdictions, New Zealand and the Catholic and Independent school sectors, and was responsible for providing strategic advice to all Australian Education Ministers on issues related to the use of information communication technologies in school education.

Digital Education: Making Change Happen 


MCEETYA tasked AICTEC with finalising the trial of the Digital Education - Making Change Happen framework, which was developed by the ICT in Schools Taskforce.

Digital Education - Making Change Happen is now available to schools, jurisdictions and teachers to provide support in planning for integrating ICT into the delivery of teaching and learning.
